These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms

Orders and contracts
1.1   Whenever you place an order with Wyepave and Landscape Centre Ltd you will be asked to abide by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions then you will not be able to continue to place your order. Once you have agreed our terms and conditions you can continue to place order. Once we have received notification of order we will reply with a confirmation of price and delivery addess.
1.2  All orders whether via website or by telephone ordering will have to be paid in full prior to dispatch . We also require at least one contact phone number to place with dispatch note to aid delivery service. If we do not receive a contact number this could prolong the delivery times.
1.3 Once you have placed your order you have a binding contract with ourselves . You may cancel your order with us at anytime within 14 days from receiving goods. Cancelling your order within 14 days will incur no surcharge . Cancellation of your order must be received by written confirmation either post or e-mail.
1.4 Whilst goods are on your property during the cancellation arrangements every effort must be made by yourselves to ensure goods are treated with care.
1.5 Any returned goods are to be repackaged in a similar manner as you received them . All costs incurred for return deliveries are to be paid by yourself the customer . We will assess the goods once returned and in a fair manner decide upon condition we recieve the goods and refund accordingly. If goods are damaged then we reserve the right to withhold a proportion of the original costs.

Deliveries
2.1 All our goods are palletised in a proffessional manner and we will strive to ensure that you receive them in good condition. It is essential that extreme care is taken when unpacking goods as goods can become unstable and can cuse injury. We will not be held responsible for any injuries caused due to mishandling of products .
2.2 Our delivery service provider ( if not ourselves ) use rigid either 7.5 tonne or 18 tonne vehicles . If access is resticted to your property it is essential that you inform us at time of placing order.
2.3 Prior to delivery our driver should give you a call to give an approximate time for delivery this is where a phone number is essential. Although they will do the upmost to adhere to a timetable sometimes due to traffic conditions deliveries can be delayed. If the delivery driver is not in a position to delivery and same day then we reserve the right to alter delivery date to an alternative day. We will not be held liable for any deferred delivery date due to delivery problems and will not pay any loss of earnings or costs incurred by you for being at home to accept delivery.
2.4 It is advised that you do not arrange any builders or contractors to commence you project untill you have received the goods . If builders are already on-site then we will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through late deliveries.
2.5 If you require a 7.5 tonne vehicle then this may be subject to our delivery surcharge which will be added to your invoice.
2.6 Delivery is kerbside only and most delivery drivers will off load using taillifts and manual pallet trucks. The ground on which the pallet is to be off loaded needs to be of solid standing and reasonably level. If any delivery issues arise due to failure to you informing us of the possible problems then you the customer will be liable for any return delivery charges incurred.
2.7 Upon complettion of delivery you will be expected to inspect goods to the best of your ability prior to signing the delivery documents as goods received and complete in good condition.Once you have signed the delivery document you are the owner of the goods and are solely responsible for goods .
2.8 We reserve the right to alter dispatch times due to manufacturing or transport issues. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days however some products are non-stock items and will take longer to dispatch . You will be notified of this when placing the order.
2.9 If for any reason goods are received in a condition you find unacceptable then we reseve the right to be able to replace the damged goods. If the item to be replaced is not in stock then we will replace damaged item within 14 days or delivery date.

Our Products.
3.1 Due to limitations in photography and on screen images there may be slight in differnces in the colours as shown on website.
3.2 All concrete manufactured products have a high cement content and can form efforescence This may show as white markings on the face of the products. This is a natural phenomenon and will in time disappear as the product ages.
3.3 All our products are manufactured in controlled quantity conditions however if you require the same products from different batches then there may be very slight colour differences . To avoid this it is advised that you order your product at same time to avoid potential batch differnces.

Use of website
4.1
It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this websit. However particular areas of this website will only become accesible once registered.

4.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime

5.1 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

5.2 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Visitor provided material

6.1 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

6.2 When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:

(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;

(b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;

(c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.

6.4 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph 1.7.
